D’Youville, Western New York’s #1 rated National University is seeking an inclusive, strategic and collaborative leader to serve as the next Vice President for Enrollment Management. The Division of Enrollment Management consists of the Office of Undergraduate, Graduate and Transfer Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Success, and Veteran Student Services. Enrollment Management is a strategic partner to the university’s schools and programs in the recruitment, admission, and support of students at D’Youville.

The Vice President for Enrollment Management is responsible for the identification, development, and support of strategies and initiatives that facilitate the capacity of the University to meet and exceed its enrollment goals. Reporting directly to President Lorrie Clemo, the Vice President will be a confident and strategic leader with a demonstrated record of success. A personal and professional commitment to undergraduate and graduate education in a residential setting, to diversity, equity and inclusion, and to intellectual achievement is essential.

This private, coeducational institution serving 3,000 undergraduate and graduate students on the diverse West Side of Buffalo, NY educates undergraduates and graduates, and traditional and non-traditional students through small classes, innovative instruction and rigorous coursework. D’Youville is building a new first of its kind in the nation, Health Professions Hub that will boast a teaching healthcare center, education and workforce development opportunities, and new community engagement connections to the surrounding neighborhood. D’Youville has also recently announced it will launch new marketing, engineering and speech language pathology programs, reclassify to NCAA DII athletics, and offer pathway and early college bridge programs to local high schools.

Under new leadership, D’Youville is immersed in ambitious change initiatives to further grow enrollment and profoundly impact student success. The Vice President for Enrollment Management will be expected to develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment management plan, leveraging the talents and resources of the enrollment management team and campus partners in a University-wide effort to attract and retain D’Youville students; continue the use of data-informed decision making to inform enrollment strategies and financial aid leveraging; and communicate the mission and value of a D’Youville education to a wide range of constituents while raising the brand-awareness of D’Youville nationally.

Buffalo, the second largest city in New York, is home to 21 institutions of higher education, numerous cultural attractions, two major professional sports teams, and year-round outdoor activities. D’Youville is located in close proximity to Lake Erie, Niagara Falls, and Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
