Project/Budget Manager (Part Time)

 D’Youville University and the Patricia H. Garman School of Nursing have been awarded a HRSA grant for the purposes of creating mobile nurse training units. To this end, we are seeking a project manager to manage partner agreements, schedules, surveys, and correspondence for the field placements and pop-up clinic sites. This role is responsible for record keeping, collaborating with Financial Aid in scholarship distribution, distributing stipends, purchasing supplies and office materials, and processing mileage reimbursements for scholars traveling to clinic sites.

 This position is year-round and includes summer hours. Some work can be remote.

The Project Manager will have the following qualifications:

 • Bachelor’s degree – preferred finance, business, accounting, public health administration, healthcare administration, or related

• Two years of work experience with systems planning, financial oversight, or related

 • Expertise with the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Access, and Electronic Health Records

 • Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple priorities

 • Excellent written and verbal customer service skills are essential
